Public Network Code of Conduct

1. Respect Others
Treat all users with respect. No harassment, threats, stalking, or targeted abuse will be tolerated.
2. Appropriate Content
Keep content where it belongs. Use the clean channels for family-friendly communication, R-rated channels for light profanity, and XR channels if you want to push boundaries. Explicit sexual content, hate speech, and harassment are not allowed anywhere.
3. No Illegal Use
Do not use ViperLink USA services for illegal purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, impersonating emergency services, distributing unlawful content, or coordinating criminal activity.
4. No Spam or Abuse of the Network
Do not flood channels, send repetitive messages, or otherwise disrupt service for others. Do not attempt to hack, overload, or interfere with our systems.
5. Identity and Impersonation
Do not impersonate ViperLink staff, public officials, or other users. Parody and humor are fine when obvious — deception is not.
6. Enforcement
Violations of this Code may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent account termination. Severity of action will be determined at our discretion.
7. Community First
ViperLink USA is built to bring people together. Users are encouraged to suggest new channels, provide feedback, and help maintain a safe, engaging environment for everyone
