User Responsibility
When contacting support, please provide enough detail (device model, account information, error messages, etc.) so we can assist you quickly. Abusive or threatening language towards our support staff will not be tolerated and may result in suspension of service.
Escalation
If your issue cannot be resolved through normal support channels, you may request escalation. Escalated cases are reviewed by management, and resolution may take longer depending on the complexity.
