Shipping & Fulfillment

 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During product launches, pre-order periods, or peak seasons, processing times may take longer.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The shipping method will be selected at checkout based on your location and preference. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


Delivery Estimates

Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside of our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, and selected method. Promotional offers for free shipping may apply from time to time.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. ViperLink USA is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. If your package is lost in transit, contact support and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Replacement or refund decisions will be made at our discretion.


Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will ship as soon as stock becomes available. Estimated shipping windows will be provided at the time of purchase. Please note that pre-order timelines are subject to change due to manufacturing or supply chain delays.
