RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy!

If you’re not satisfied, you can return radios and accessories within 30 days of the purchase date.

Item must include all original packaging, accessories, and materials. Once the return is received, we will inspect the item and make sure it is in satisfactory condition to receive full refund. Partial refund may be given if the item is not received as it was shipped. (Unless a refurbished radio was purchased)

No restocking fees.

Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable; you’re responsible for return shipping unless we made an error.

SIM Cards

Cellular SIMs are single-use once activated.

No refunds on SIM cards once shipped.

If a SIM is deactivated, it cannot be reused, reissued, or refunded.

How to Start a Return

Email admin@viperlinkusa.com with your order number, the item you’re returning, and the reason. We’ll reply with simple instructions and an RMA if needed.
