Terms & Updates Disclaimer
Effective: 9/01/2025
Acceptance of Policies
By purchasing, activating, or using ViperLink USA products or services, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
Changes to Policies
We may update these policies at any time. The version posted on our website is the governing version. Updates apply moving forward from their effective date.
Platform & License Policy
We’re committed to keeping the ViperLink USA network safe, secure, and enjoyable for everyone. Because of this, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate service, remove a radio ID, or revoke an app license at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason, without a refund.
Our approach is simple:
We’ll do our best to communicate with you first and work toward a solution.
If there’s a serious security risk, technical misuse, or disruptive behavior, we may act immediately to protect the network.
Even when we make tough calls, we aim to handle them fairly and transparently.
Age Guidelines
Access to the ViperLink public network is limited to individuals 18 years of age or older. However, we have many family friendly channels that could be monitored in the presence of a child. Private networks established through ViperLink are controlled solely by their owners or administrators; therefore, no age restriction is imposed on private network participation.
Channel Ratings and Usage explained:
To maintain clarity and fairness across our network, all public channels are organized into three categories:
Clean/Family-Friendly Channels (Majority):
These channels are open to all users and must remain free of profanity, adult themes, or offensive material. Conversations should be appropriate for all ages.
R-Rated Channels:
These channels are clearly marked with an “R” prefix. Moderate profanity and adult-oriented discussions are allowed here. Sexual content, harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse are strictly prohibited.
xR (Explicit) Channels:
XR channels allow unfiltered conversation. Strong language and explicit subject matter are permitted. However, harassment, bullying, threats, and illegal content remain forbidden and will result in immediate action.
Sim Card Usage
A ViperLink USA Sim Card must be used on the ViperLink network. However, our sim card CAN be used with another service provider, as long as you have one of OUR Dual Network radios connected to ViperLink and go to a 2nd provider with our network switch option. Any evidence of the sim being used outside of the ViperLink Network (unless your 2nd IMEI is released and on different provider while original IMEI remains connected to ViperLink), will result in service termination of that sim card, immediately with no warning and no refund. We are also not responsible for a different company sim card being shut off that is used to connect to our network. If this happens you must purchase a sim card from us to continue network access.
Fair Use & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our products or services for unlawful activities, interference, harassment, network abuse, or anything that compromises the security, privacy, or reliability of the platform.
Service Availability
Service may be impacted by carrier coverage, device compatibility, maintenance, outages, or events outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViperLink USA is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Prohibited Conduct
You may not use ViperLink USA to upload, post, share, transmit, link to, or otherwise make available any content that infringes or violates the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted works, trademarks, or trade secrets. This includes, without limitation, sharing copyrighted audio, video, software, or written material without permission from the rights holder.
Reporting Infringement (DMCA Notices)
If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe content available via our services infringes your copyright, send a written notice that meets the requirements of the U.S. Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)) to our designated agent:
Email: admin@viperlinkusa.com
(Include: identification of the copyrighted work, location of the allegedly infringing material on our service, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.)
We will acknowledge receipt and act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material where appropriate.
Counter-Notice
If you believe material removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice that complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringer.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. Determinations of repeat infringement will be made in our sole discretion and may include permanent account termination where warranted.
User Responsibility and Indemnity
You are responsible for all content you post or transmit via ViperLink USA. By posting content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold ViperLink USA and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from alleged infringement or your breach of this policy.
No Waiver of Rights
Compliance with this policy does not waive any rights ViperLink USA may have to remove content or take other actions under applicable law or the Terms of Service. We may take additional action when necessary to protect our network, users, or legal obligations.
