Glad you asked. Its simple! Contact your current network provider and ask for them to release your radio. You will need to give them the IMEI number of the radio. Once released, contact us here at ViperLink USA and we will get you set up with our onboarding package. You just sit back and wait for your new sim card to arrive!

Nope! We run off of cellular towers. We use all the major carriers. No license of any kind is needed to talk or operate on our network. Just simply Push to Talk and enjoy!
