Nope! We run off of cellular towers. We use all the major carriers (and dozens of regional). No FCC or government license of any kind is needed to talk or operate on our network. Just simply Push to Talk and enjoy!

Absolutely!  In fact, in almost every single scenario, our radios will outperform a traditional 2 way radio. That is because we run off cellular carrier towers. And not just one, we have access to ALL the major carriers and dozens of regionals. 

Imagine these radios, no static, no range limit. Just crystal clear communication ANYWHERE. 

Of course, we do also offer add on options like GPS, SOS, DISPATCH, and a MANAGEMENT TOOL.

 We offer a Dedicated, Encrypted Private Network

ViperLink provisions an isolated communication environment with end-to-end AES-256 encryption applied at the transport and application layers. Traffic is routed through a dedicated VPN tunnel, segregated from public channels and general network traffic. This ensures low-latency push-to-talk performance while maintaining full confidentiality, integrity, and authentication of all transmitted voice and data packets. Access control is managed via unique IMEI/device IDs and user credentials, preventing unauthorized entry or eavesdropping.

 To keep the integrity of the ViperLink USA network strong, our public channels are monitored by moderators. We’re not out to play “radio police”—we take a lenient approach and will usually issue a warning before taking further action. For full details, please refer to our Terms and Policies.

We also separate our public channels by rating so you know what to expect:

Clean (No Rating): Always family-friendly, no profanity.

R-Rated: Light profanity and mature conversation are allowed.

XR (Explicit): Open space for unfiltered, adult-level content.

This tiered structure keeps things open for everyone, while making sure users can choose the right environment for their style of communication.

Another simple one..(Simple is our goal here, if you couldn't tell) 

About a week or so before your year of service is up, we will just send you an email with the invoice to easily pay right there. And Ta da! You are all set. 

Yes! Our sims are capable of operating in 190 countries/territories. But, here's the deal. Most PoC companies will boast of complete coverage globally. It depends on what LTE bands are utilized and programmed with radios they are selling. At Viperlink, transparency is key to us. We put customers above everything else. We offer a global plan that is capable of operating almost every where around the globe. Of course, some countries don't have the cellular infrastructure we have here in America. Thus, it could create some spotty areas. We are upfront about that. Our sims/radios do cover the majority of any country you would visit and/or live. Check the services page for a complete list of countries that we cover!

Our sim cards have been tested thoroughly across this great nation. We selected the finest cards we could find from a company right here in America. This is crucial to us having superior coverage here in the United States! With that being said, we have an advanced sim card that is capable of being switched from North America (including Canada, US, Mexico) to  Global, when needed! No need to send back current sim and wait for a new one. Just let us know you need to upgrade and BOOM, we can get it done for you over the air. 

Problem solved!

Each one of our radios comes with a Free Year of North American CORE sim service! After your first year, the renewal fee is only $35 per radio! You will be emailed about a week before your year is up and  will be able to renew right from the email!

We are always looking for feedback from you, the customer! If you have any ideas for a public channel name, want to organize a weekly net, or have any other suggestions, please let us know. We truly value your ideas and what everyone wants. Without you, we would be talking to ourselves. lol

Yes. We do offer some type of discounts depending on the radio quantity bought, or working with a business that wants to utilize our radios. We also offer veteran or first responder discounts. We have several ways we can work with a business to maximize their investment in us. We value you all and we love what we do! Customers truly come first,  no BS!

Yes. But, it will vary by the vendor you are working with. If you are invoiced directly, we offer credit card, cashapp pay, and afterpay. Most of the websites selling our radios will possibly offer other options.. such as klarna, paypal, apple pay, and google pay.

We offer a 1 year manufacture's warranty if something goes wrong with the radio, by itself. Such as software issues, power issues, etc. However,  dropping, cracking screen, or anything else in that manner, cannot be covered. 

We do have a 30 day return window from date of purchase. Items must be in original condition as it was when they were received,  returned in original box, packing, and with all the items. You pay shipping for returns (unless it was our fault).

Glad you asked. Its simple! Contact your current network provider and ask for them to release your radio. You will need to give them the IMEI number of the radio. Once released, contact us here at ViperLink USA and we will get you set up with our onboarding package. You just sit back and wait for your new sim card to arrive!
